How to Download and Use Your Digital Planners
Step-by-step instructions for getting your Lilac Desk planners up and running on any device
Step 1: Download Your Files
After purchasing your digital planner, you'll receive:
Immediate Download
- Check your email for the download link (arrives within 5 minutes)
- Click the download link or button in your confirmation email
- Save files to your device - choose a location you'll remember
- Unzip the folder if your files come in a .zip format
File Formats You'll Receive
- PDF files - work with all annotation apps
- PNG files - for apps that prefer image formats
- Hyperlinked PDFs - for apps that support navigation links

Step 2: Choose Your App and Import

- Open GoodNotes on your device
